Sephora is a French-founded chain of personal cosmetic and beauty care stores. The company’s stores feature more than 200 third-party brands, along with its own private “Sephora Collection” label brand. Products offered include cosmetics, fragrance, body, haircare and skincare. The company was acquired by luxury conglomerate, Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessey (LVMH) in 1997. Aside from their own stores, Sephora has sections in JCPenny department stores around the U.S. Sephora operates approximately 2,3000 stores in 33 countries worldwide, with over 430 stores operating across the Americas.

 

Some of the most popular beauty brands featured in Sephora stores include Benefit Cosmetics, Urban Decay, Fenty Beauty, NARS Cosmetics, Make Up For Ever, Too Faced Cosmetics, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Huda Beauty, Kat Von D and YSL Beauty by Yves Saint Laurent.
